Immaturity causes bullying

Here's the point. They don't just learn from each other because they want to fit in. It is not basically peer pressure, it is actually deeper than that. It is because most young people today actually are emotionally attached to their peers. That is a difference because it is almost like they already "fit in" in the first place. It is not good however. Because attachment law is basically that if you feel extremely polaraised towards on thing, that makes you repelled to another thing, which in this case is adults and even young people that actually has an attachment to adults (often little nerdy types). 

And yes, you are right that young people that learn from adults have it generally harder to fit in.

Empathy is however not something that is learned but instead is part of development. Having empathy is actually a sign that you are in contact with your vulnerable side.

Many people have not even cried in years. Crying is something incredibly healthy, yet it is seen as weakness and therefore bad. The point of crying is to emotionally heal from a situation that you cannot change.

Actually immaturity is a huge factor. Of course there are psychopaths, but that's another thing.
Because maturity is basically to understand the world from all developmental stages (that are natural) and the natural world is not that harsch that people think it is. Naturally, we are actually meant to take care of each other and therefore have empathy for each other and espacially the dominant (adult) to take care of the submissive (child). Therefore, empathy is highly improtant for maturity.


edit: Maybe I put it a little bit wrong. Actually, the real reason for lack of empathy is that you are not attached to someone, but not being attached is natural. However, what happens is that if you are attached to other immature, you dont fully learn all the rules such as empathy that you should learn. You are misguided.

Maybe they just appear to be mature, but actually haven't matured that way anyway. I don't know them so I cannot speak for that situation. But do they ever cry? Do they feel vulnerable? Are they peer orientated? All these factors matters.

Well I know them very well nd yes they cry, yes they feel vulnerable, peer oriented? idk I'm talking about an adult so idk why that'd b a factor but I mean the person in question is overall very mature,, responsible, reasonable n shit, still occasionally an asshat towards other ppl tho
