yeah, but they raised prices (+30€) in August due to the energy crisis so it was 120 before that.

is when you pay a fixed amount every month for the utilities and then its calculated at the end of quarter or year (or whatever your apartment wants to do) how much you've actually used of the utilities and then you either get money back or have to pay more. usually i get money back
