It doesn't happen as much if u lift ur body I think, but if I don't lift my body it will be caught and tight over my body and feel disgusting. Sleeping dress is the absolute worst for that reason, much worse than pants and t-shirt. Would have to spend like 5 minutes trying to get it to lay perfect before I could try to sleep lol
