i mean that has happened to me on multiple occasions on other sites and i dont blame them :/ its sad but it helps the community stay a bit more alive without empty accounts clogging up things like names and making statistics go bonkers

You can have the usernames changed and if they were to just delete the items it would make the items lower in game and therefore making them worth more causing higher inflation

They do it but usually not clothing games I think. The other suggestion of removing them from the list is better
