I think this forum might be helpful c: you just need to choose a base (I recommend the first one), put it into any software of your choice (it should be one where you can pixel though and where the canvas size doesn't change on its own, you can ask in the design forum for recommendations I prefer Ibis Paint X since it's free), then you design your items on seperate layers and if you want to upload them once you're finished, you need to safe them with a transparent background and cut the png to the size of each item seperately and safe each item seperately. If you need help or feedback you can post your work in the design forum. There are a lot of tutorials on blogs or in forums (on the DE server at least). c: <3   (and mind the things we're not allowed to design)
