fair, i couldnt study with music for quite a while either until i found some specific music genres that blur into the background
like i still can absolutely not study to music with vocals , unless i know the album super well

honestly this is what i prefer too yes, sometimes white noise becomes like silence+ for me though cause it helps remove any surrounding sounds
