WHICH has access to our phones, computers, internet, even what app, which boasts security, is monitored by the American government

Correct! Scientific research can no longer use the terms "partner," "sex" when referring to gender, "they" and many other words. He is waging a war on Trans men and women specifically. But its hitting cis women hard too
