Autism speaks is an organization that is supposed to be in support of autism and autistic people but focuses on the "cure" rather than just accepting ppl how they are and focusing on helping them cope with their struggle. The reason I am wearing it is because it only says their name on the tag so I would be the only one aware of the company behind it and I love the sentiment just not the brand behind it.
I love the colors too!!

I understand that the association with autism speaks is bad but I don't understand the issue with puzzle piece imagery in general is there another meaning I don't understand

Imo even wearing it can be harmful.
