if you are like me and cannot get out of bed in the morning bc ur still half asleep and end up just snoozing for 2 hours but when you actually have a responsibility (class, meeting up, whatever) you CAN do it

and you want to be able to get out of bed at a specific hour when u do not have a class or anything

schedule a call with a friend for 10 min ! 

can i get out of bed at 10 am myself ? nope . can i do it if i have a call scheduled at 10am just to yap for a little? yes ! crazy 

only issue is that we ended up talking for half an hour and now its getting later and later so now im gonna go study

i have another solution to this but its even more specific bc i sometimes like to schedule a pilates class at like 10 in the morning

i cannot cancel those in the morning to go back to sleep bc ill have to pay a cancellation fee

If you live with flatmates or your family, set Can-Can as your alarm tune at full volume, I always wake up before the refrain (?) drops because I don't want to wake up everyone else XD works awesome, and if you're not fast enough you're gonna be awake anyways once it get's really loud

See this would be very good my old therapist would love you but I fear it would just make me procrastinate going to bed instead
