how tf do u do makeup for hooded eyelids

my winged eyeliner tip is do it with your eyes open and looking forward and make the shape of your wing, chances are some parts of it are going to go over the folds of ur eyes, that is ok. they should. and when ur eyes are closed the line shouldn't be one sweeping motion  like in most videos, it'll probably be really high up then drop, that's cause of where the fold was. just fill it in in accordance to that, and don't bring the liner in far. you can even end it the second your wing hits your lash line.
