Uuuh I mean some people just... work better under pressure you know? But it's still an annoying problem yea :/
The tips I've heard of are:
– reward yourself when you've done some work. Like, treat yourself to something delish or reward yourself with watching an episode of your fave show.
– locking down all apps and websites so you don't get distracted or try to escape your work. I haven't done this but I know someone who'd use a locking app thing to lock fb, instagram n all those other medias. You can find them easily, I searched briefly (tho you should probs search yourself)

– break your workload into smaller bits: if you present your brain with (for example) 3 assignments your brain is going to be overwhelmed and think "wooaa this is way too much, I can't do all of that" and then you end up not doing anything at all. So, instead of beating yourself up over
those 3 assignments you focus on 1 assignment. Let's say you have to write 900 words for the first one. Already there the 900 words are too much so you break it down further and say "okay I'll write 100 words" because that's not too much and then you have already accomplished a lil bit! I hope this makes sense :'D
– this is also kinda related to the previous one: keep a schedule for work like "okay before the clock reaches 15:00 today I have done research on the first 2 questions", again, breaking down the work into smaller bites but this time within specific hours n such.
The second last one is something I've done and found helpful. It helps when you understand the brain a lil' better.
👌 also the last one is good I'd say :>
That's true, and I'm definitely like that, but this is something different. I'm procrastinating making dinner, getting dressed, sending messages... Like just everyday tasks that don't have a deadline and don't necessarily have to be done, but should be done.
