I live in Iceland, and you need both of your parents to come down to the parlor and sign some papers to be able to have a tattoo under the age of 18

XD I began with asking my mom for a tatt and she said a straight no first.... then I asked my dad who was very intrigued by my idea of getting a small tatt for my bday and just said to me "I'll talk to your mom" the next day they were both onboard xD

Ahaha, that's a smart strategy though! My parents used to be sort of anti-tattoo (if that makes sense lol) but after a few years now, they're cool with it.

I'm getting an open book with the phrase "In Omnia Paratus" wrapped around.. Or, actually not so sure about the phrase because I'm unsure of how it's gonna look, but if the stencil looks nice I'll go with it
