i do have some form of social anxiety but ive kinda managed to deal with it, it mostly just kicks in after i do something stupid which i do often do and after ive sat down at home after being around people and gotten time to think over everything ive said and done

but my problem isnt my anxiety, its the fact that im a fucking retard and i keep doing dumb things, my anxiety isnt uncalled for it exists to keep me in check
Then, if you feel like that at home, just think that Trump exists and you'll feel really smart and okay with whatever stupid thing you do.
Doing dumb things is okay, we all do dumb things almost every single day
yeah ive always been aware that there are way stupider uglier assholes in this world but it just doesnt stick in my brain no matter how much i think about it
