I'm only friends with one of my exes. He is also my childhood friend. We dated from 2014-2015 - he later admitted that he had feelings for someone else at the same time. I'm still friends with him, we regularly have convos/meetups, just not since the pandemic. We still have great conversations, but it stops at that. He doesn't seem to be able to make anything else work out romantically for him, though
