Less body fat more muscle, like if ur skinny "fat" (too much body fat for ur weight even tho u might b a healthy weight) u will look bigger, but with muscle u look slimmer

Yeah, so its very easy to start looking slimmer if u exercise even tho u don't lose weight/much weight, n it takes a lot of exercise to get like big noticeable muscles so its nothing to worry abt rlly

If u diet, u would probably balance out losing fat vs building muscle since muscles have less to feed on tbh

i think just eating healthy with a calorie deficit is the best way, strict diets are pretty bad and easy to just give up on
