More tips: muscle relaxation, repeating positive mantras, visualization, mindfulness meditation, grounding. Combine w/ breathing 4 maximum effects

Biggest anxiety tip tho... face ur fears... I was borderline agoraphobic and wouldn't go to public school or concerts or grocery stores 4 awhile... when I went outside and realized having a panic attack publicly wasnt the worst thing in the world I started going to places I was normally afraid of again

Facing ur fears is easier said than done tho; I still cant get over my fear of driving -_- 

Also fuck it... as a last resort, ocassional (legal) benzos are great, just dont operate a car while under the influence (I wish it was safe to drive while high on benzos maybe I could drive again lol)

I have diagnosed panic disorder and social anxiety anxiety sux but its manageable w/ practice I promise

Deep breathing actually helps w/ physical anxiety (panic attacks) in my case b/c it slows down my breathing and heart rate. Sometimes tho when it's really bad all that helps is a benzo, and if I dont have access to any I just have to wait until it passes ):
