I could imagine that's more common in actual social medias where u are "expected" to have a good image.

Not really.. because people like to see themselves as a lot better than they really are. They are people who genuinely believe they are good people by saying "yes of course men can be abused!"... while doing and saying things that goes against that opinion.-- You're not good if you agree that men can be abused but on the other hand make fun of male victims...
