We have passed on your feedback to our warehouse about the texture. The bag should be a a nice shiny and smooth texture as shown on our website so if you would prefer to return the bag you can - but as we mentioned before it's sadly sold out in black!
 
As an alternative, there are different colours of the same bag or there are a few options we found: 
This small handbag is similar to the one you purchased, and has a smooth (but less shiny) faux leather texture!This small satchel has a similar texture and has such a cute design with a thin strap!We really appreciate the feedback you passed on about the texture of the bag. Feel free to send an image of it if you feel that would be helpful. In the meantime, we hope that you love your new bag, whether you return it and purchase a new one, or stay loyal to the one that already arrived.
