It’s wise to have painkillers at home, but idk abt resistance? Can you build up resistancr against painkillers? 
Also, have u tried putting smth warm on your tummy? It’s important to eat and wear warm during period

Idk either actually, but I think u have to take quite a lot in order for them to not work anymore, and there’s different kinds of painkillers so if you build up a resistance to paracetamol u could always switch to ibuprofen I think :-)
