I thought it was funghi? I eat mushrooms and yeast without any problems, I seem to be allergic to this specific type of funghi :/ I googled and it seems to be somewhat rare but not the one in 100k the company claims

Well, the fungus that is made from is mold like with blue cheese but not the same mold or from the same genus since blue cheese is made from Penicillium, and quorn is from Fusarium
