I've more just noticed it on VP that most people here are European but seldom use the British spellings or they use an odd mixture of both. I just assumed it meant they were taught the American ways / had self-taught from social media. 

That and - every kind of computer software always says my spelling is wrong... when I'm spelling it correctly and the British way... even when I set it to English (UK) ; - ; !

it's the only thing I can think of xD. Most of what I can think of are stereotypes rather than complete differences. 

ummm we celebrate Christmas on the 25th, not the 24th (I know that's a big difference between ppl on VP, usually between Europeans tho I think)
It looks so ugly without the u in words like colour and neighbour, like why would you do that??

Yeah, at least in the Nordic countries Christmas is celebrated on the 24th.
