Me googling cis as a big questionmark. I always hear it in bad context, but now im a bit confused why.
it's basically just means that someones gender identity matches their sex assigned at birth .. there's no reason to think it's a negative word really

but transphobic ppl often hate on it bc they think it's something trans people came up with
and trans people often use it to address issues being trans in a cisnormative society
Okaaay, this totally makes sense i mean.

but like if u r cis u r cis that's just how it is.. it's just a term
i guess it is also used in a negative way in a generalising and jokingly manner in some circles, just like "hetero" and "male" is, since it's a privilege to be either of those and it might be argued that privileged people have... some less great qualities sometimes (in general)? i mean that's a way that i've seen cis being used in a negative way is all i'm saying

not sure if I agree with Intersex being a gender as it is something that you're born with...

but I consider myself to be just a woman.
yeah i agree too, i know intersex isn't directly linked to gender but it can be and i mostly just wanted to include it because of the different ways of anatomy
idk if that makes sense
yes and no
as you can't just identify as an intersex person if biologically you aren't intersex

non-binary is an umbrella term! being nonbinary is different for everyone
agender and genderqueer are different examples of genders that belong in the non-binary term
