When i worked a job that made me depressed i used to take around 200 mg of ritalin to get me thru the shift 
i literally went to work all cracked up everyday for a month until i crashed and had a major mental breakdown that took me a year to recover from lol good times

Oh man

60 to 80 mg is my sweet spot for adderall... any more than that and I need some vodka or benzos to level myself out 

Oh man getting cracked out at work, been there done that... cost me jobs too

Idk man 4 coffees and 90 mg of red bull w/ little sleep nearly gave me a panic attack once. Caffeine is still a drug 

It depends on many factors tho like weight, age, sleep, food, medical conditions ect
