the lab sheet i got 2 years ago said that the optimal value is between 30 and 50 and below 12 is too low.
150 seems way too high tho.

Idk but also it probably depends on the person how low it has to b to feel it, I had like 5 something of iron in my blood when it should b like 30-150 somthing n I didn't feel anythingLike even if its supposed to b 20-50 or whatever u can still technically feel the effects of too little at like 25, depending

urs is in ng/ml, mine is apparently in nmol/l
