Peanut butter filling 180g / like half a jar of creamy penutbutter (It is worth getting the good kind, and also the unhealthy kind. Basically get skippy or smth) 2,3ish dl confectioners sugar 2 tablespoons of milk Dash of vanilla extract
Brownie batter 150 g butter 100g dark baking chocolate 2 eggs + one eggyolk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (i like vanilla extract okay) 1 heaping dl flour 1/2 dl cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (u can skip this but idk i like them to rise just a tiny bit) pinch of salt
Instructions >preheat oven to 175 C. Line brownie pan*** (god i forgot what it was called) with paper or bread it if you want (but like it's better without breading imo) >melt butter in the microwave. Chop and mix in chocolate. If chocolate doesn't melt, pop it in the microwave for 20 second intervalls until melted. Add the sugar, mix and let cool for a bit. > mix together peanut butter and confectioners sugar in another bowl. Add about two tablespoons of milk to get it to a concistency that isn't sticky but that you can kinda roll balls out of. Set aside. > Add eggs + yolk + vanilla extract to brownie batter, whisk for about a minute (works fine by hand, you want these to be dense not airy!!) > fold in flour, cocoa powder baking powder and salt. >Pour half the batter into the pan. (it's kinda very sticky so u might have to work a bit to get it to the edges) > Now take the peanut-butter filling, and roll into little ball that you flatten and layer on top of the batter. > Pour the rest of the batter on top of the peanut butter. Top with some flaky salt :3 > bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Take out and let cool for a bit before cutting.
