I had that before but I think it was excema also me being allerig to literally everything ever so I couldn't use lip balm lol but now I use special cream AND lip balm n evrything nice isn't it
it kinda looks like eczema but i don't think that's it but idk it itches and it's all red and dry like i've never had this before. my lips usually get really chapped but the lips rn are not that bad.

Yeah mine didn't itch either so ig it was some mystery illness but whatever, it got fixed by the cream at least thank god
