Yah, it b like that. Many ppl i kow tried many times but not so srs and went back, but one day they rlly just said ''fk it'' but I could see lot of pain the first days. Hope you'll manage and get over the worst days, i'm just proud that you're doing it/trying.

theres an app my friend uses but idk the name of it, and u put in the day u stopped a certain habit/addiction and itll connect you with people who also stopped that day! p sure ... dunno ... havent tried it. sorry im useless but im hoping that mentioning this app someone here has it and can give more insight! good luck <3
