most of cases of underage people are dropped here atleast if you dont have a violent background and behave well with officials

also usually stores dont press charges on underage people who steal, just like bills (that u dont even have to pay) or just restrictions not to let them in after many incidents

i used drugs healvily when i was 17 and got caught but because i told i was suicidal it wasnt made into a police case
