a big thing for me figuring out that i'm a lesbian was realising that i can find men aesthetically attractive and like. some men are pretty. but i'm not actually attracted to them and i can't imagine myself in a relationship with or sleeping with a man. but i find women attractive and theoretically want to date women lol

also i think maybe the way someone experiences sexuality is very individual, and only you can figure out what you're actually feeling no matter what other people's experiences are like or whatever.
