Hoyas are in the Asclepias family or common milkweed. They all produce a milky sap laden with latex and are considered toxic. This does not necessarily mean they are poisonous; however, the effects vary with the species and size of the animal that ingests the leaves. The University of Washington's "Poisonous Plants Booklet" lists Hoya as nontoxic, but since there are many varieties and many different reactions to plant compounds, it would be best to keep them out of the reach of pets and children. Additionally, anyone with an allergy to latex should avoid handling the plant if it is damaged.
is he very @ jumping up on things or could you perhaps place it on a tall side table or something like that
he like to snack on the windowsill plants when he reaches them. luckily they ain't poisouns currently. but ye i have to put it out of reach.

he ate one of my plants the other day and it was mildly poisonous (it was hanging a different place to be watered and then he just was way too quick for us). poor gal he had such discomfort in his mouth for like 30minutes
the first rabbit we had was a huge fan of eating the plants and .. yeah no it was very bad. luckily she was mostly interested in the monstera rather than the dieffenbachia but it was still like you cunt why can't you listen!!!!!!!!!! it was like.. you mind your own business and suddenly you hear chewing and it was like NANCY!!!!!!!! lmaooof listen to this

Are Monstera Deliciosa poisonous to rabbits? Yes. The difference here is that apparently rabbits either don't get the stinging sensation, Monstera taste good enough for them to ignore it, OR they like the stinging. Your rabbit will actively SEEK OUT your Monstera and try to eat it.
