hahh i don't like white chocolate either like that, but it works in baking i guess
and i don't even use animal products anymore anyway, but if my mom ever makes that cake again i'll def eat that

yes! i've use oatly's cream 'cheese' in carrot cakes and my non-vegan sister and her husband loved it, so i dare to recommend to try it
never tried to make actual cheese cake from it tho but i don't know why it wouldn't work in that too
