honestly the bulk of my weekly meals get covered by this weird habit I've formed, of buying a whole chicken every week, deboning it, making broth from the bones and skin, and cooking the chicken in cubes.
I just use the broth and chicken in everything and it lasts like a week.

I don't eat a whole lot of meat, but this chicken routine has really worked for me.
I get most of my protein from dried beans tbh

I eat in a way most of my friends are not willing to put the effort into lol
I had a friend ask me to follow her grocery shopping and try to help her save money and she was unwilling to take even a single suggestion so

it's easily around 50€ per week, so around 200€ per month
food is,,, expensive. especially in the store closest to me, and i'm too tired to walk across the bridge for the cheaper options. as for food, the cheapest option is pasta and i can only eat so much before it gets boring

What is ikaffe? I googled it and it looks like its just oat milk (which is SUPER cheap and easy to make)
but my browsers translator isn't good

I use around $50 a week, I think.
I try to spend less, but it's hard.

yeah it's oat milk, but it's meant to use as coffee milk. so i it's more creamy than regular oat milks in stores
and yeah it's cheap to make your own oat milk, but i drink oat milk mostly to get them added vitamins so no point to make your own

Word, I'm not familiar with the product.
I make oatmilk because as I'm lactose intolerant and coconut milk does me real bad too.
I have a gallon jar full of oats as one of my apocalypse items lol
