i think children finding veggies gross is 100% on the parents not knowing how to cook them good
but also like...... healthy doesnt mean just vegetables either, it's more about not letting the child eat massive amounts of fat and sugar, thats not gonna get fixed by some cucumber imo

even when it is the parents fault, I'd say a good chunk of the time it's because they're deep in poverty, overworked, uneducated, spread too thin, the list goes on.
