I think I just wanted one but I wanted to go to sleep too so I just did it, then I started to take two while going to sleep but now I don't have it in so often cus the pillow stains n I just got a new pillow lmao and also cus I have started feeling sick cus I take in two in a too short time n too little to eat so I take in two, get sick after like 10-15 minutes, take them out, go to sleep.
