i do that with the sunscreen i use on my body but i am more careful with my face ahah

It's based on the ingredients, really. I had a whole blogpost about this last year, which spiked this infamous poll in the first place. If it contains oxybenzone (Benzophenone-3) or octinoxate, or nano-dioxides, or microplastic beads u r basically a no-go if you care for the reefs. There's also a large list of potential harmful ingredients for reefs\marine life and human health that can be added as well, but these are the mains.
