My anger is normally frustration over something. Like if I am not getting out the energy I need, are doing something too long/much in a short time span. It makes me bottle up so much frantic energy I get mad and annoyed about everything.

I mean it can just be that you fx. are just doing the same things over again that aint giving you what you need, or just being inside or in the same space too much bc covid and that can easily get to my head at least.. Even if i exercise its like a balance i get
