Tbh I feel like my hair won't rlly foam up the first time even if its not rlly dirty, but I might b imagining it lol, but some shapoos say do it twice tho so it foams the sexond time so might b true. Also I gotta double shampoo fr if I have product in my hair, one time to rinse off most of the product n one time to wash the hair. Yes
