I don't think it helps for nosespray addiction cus its just inflamed n not snot but idk, don't wanna try lol

Drinking helps you fall asleep quickly but it actually reduces sleep quality long term. I would wake up in the middle of the night needing another shot to go back to sleep after passing out. I dont reccomend it.

honestly before i thought it wasnt possible to be ''addicted'' to nosespray until a friend of mine just couldn't cope without it because of the nose problem ?? She's v addicted to nicotine but i swear nosespray got top priority for few months with lots of running in & out apotek for getting it. 
Survive and it's gonna b annoying a while. Not getting sleep sucks tho.
