Yeah, it truly sucks. You wanna tell me what you got? No pressure.
My possible future surgeries will all be minor unless I go to a back surgery (I have scoliosis that can only be cured with surgery).
I'm an open book, so don't mind talking about it at all!
I only have one lung (born with it), and my trachea completely collapsed when I was around 6 months old - so they had to do a huge surgery on my trachea to basically save my life, and the survival rate was about only 2%. 22,5 years later, I'm alive and (pretty) well. AND I had and still have severe scoliosis that I have done back surgery on two times! (I really hope that you don't have to get back surgery, it seriously suuuuucks and it hurts like a b'tch!) This a very not-detailed description of my surgeries and my health - I have had more than 30+ surgeries throughout my life and multiple near death experiences. In conclusion, I recommend you to not be born with only one lung hehe

omg that sounds so wild! I feel like my stuff is nothing compared to that, wow
You could say it's a miracle you're still kicking. I guess the bad stuff always happens to the best people
yeah I'm super scared of the possible back surgery but I'm in a lot of pain and I honestly hate the little hunchback I have so... I guess I have no idea if I'm doing it or not.
I'm glad you got no surgeries in the horizon, though. They're annoying as hell, and with you they are/probably have been a big deal.
My problems compared to many, are much smaller, so it's all about perspective I guess. But yeah, I haven't had it that easy. I'm very grateful for what I have, and that I'm as healthy as I am tho. <3
