i should add to that, as a non-hunter or -police person its basically illegal to release it aswell.

some hunters are okay when close people to them do it aswell as long as they gave permission beforehand and/or the other person tells them shortly after what happened, but thats not official and if police sees you doing that you will be fined

yea of course hunting for ur own food is much more respectable than buying anything from the store, and much more climate friendly
