ive already left cotton on my wounds and it wasnt bad i think, as long as she cleans it off eventually

Like even heel blisters band aids don't work at all, they get ripped off by my shoes in like 2 seconds n then the shoes start to rip up my heels again, but cotton pad stays on yeah
