I just cut mine off the one under my arm w scissors lol
sometimes they can majorly bleed my boyfriend had one that he scratched off on his neck and it bleed no lie for hours and hours so I’m too much of a wuss to risk it but then again my Nan had this friend and he literally just got a Stanley knife is that what they’re called?? And just sliced them off himself

Mine was like tiny n just hanging on by a thread so it hurt if I moved my arm wrong ouff, didn't bleed at all but it was barely even on so
