Sometimes, idk, I covered all the windows n stuff w curtains n chairs when I was alone home for 3 days before cus I can't look outside but im not alone now tho n it was fine when my dad was here but now im like fr just sitting in my living room crying LOL cus im so fucking scared I can't even remove myself from the situation

Idk im just, scared of the dark ig. Sometimes its fine but sometimes it just getws way way way too much

I tried but it didn't help n then I started getting scared I won't hear if theres coming sounds from outsdie n idk. I walked to my room w my hands on the sides of my eyes to not see anything bit I can't get the curtain down in my room either n everything is very horrible n idk. Im in the bathroom currently cus no windows but I feel like too lightheaded n everything n bad bad bad n ahhh idk I will just sit here a bit mbu
