I want that too lol. You mention that you're seventeen, how about doing small jobs? Like helping people in your community (mowing a lawn, babysit, walk dogs etc) I did that when I lived at home and was under eighteen.
If you're good at drawing, writing or just something you have skills in, you could try to use that. Selling custom drawings for money etc.

yeah you might have a hard time finding survey websites that is looking for people who live outside of america/england
