anyone can suffer from body dysmorphia, it's just a way our brain tricks us into thinking we look differently than we actually do.
idk the internet is saying "body dysmorphic disorder" which i don't think it is unless it happens all the time but you can still have days where you see yourself differently.
i feel like even if you think that you're ugly you deserve to tell yourself that you normally look how you do when you see yourself at your "best." chances are that's actually how you look and when you see yourself at your worst is when your brain is fucking with you.
cause no one's brain really tricks them into thinking they're better looking.
yea i know that everyone can suffer from bdd i dont know where that miscommunication came from im just saying i probably have bdd but im still really ugly and me thinking im pretty is not real
is that how you want to exist? genuine question. i don't want this to turn into a conversation where you think i don't get it cause i have confidence (somewhat), cause i understand completely that line of thinking.
but if there's any point at all where you think you might look good, wouldn't you prefer to believe that's how you normally look. like not saying it's easy but positive self talk and self affirmation can go a long way.
look i have no clue what you look like, but i've never seen a woman who looked ugly to me unless she was a bad person. and usually those ones are women who are conventionally attractive.
bro i didnt choose this brain
