- basic good lifestyle: sleep well and enough, drink water, eat properly
- having found and using personalized studying methods that work the best for you: videos, audio, pictures, reading, taking notes, colours... whatever works best + vary and change them sometimes
- group works and study dates, try to teach the subject to someone else
