ehm it's about the "reserved share", so, about the law that says that half of your cash and property should go to your children, equally distributed, and if that law should stay or get abolished, or if it should be changed so that only children that are in need of the heritance to support oneself should have the right to "adjust" the parent's will in their favor.... aaah so hard to explain law in english but yeah that's what it's about heh !!
