ive been referred by my doctor and rejected before, i think its fucking dumb but i guess their reason for it is that they think they know better than the doctor who needs treatment the most

Yeah sun cream and generally keeping out of the sun might help a great deal

really? weird that her doctor didnt just examine her face then

i did ask her about it but she said that it wasnt so severe when she went to the doctor.

I cant find anything abt making it worse like "permanent" but might be, some clay types seem to be betetr than others for it too, might be an unrelated issue tho
