I mean, it's the situation I'm in and I make the best of it. 
My best friends and coworkers all live in this neighborbood and we look out for eachother. 

There's definitely incidents where I get nervous and lock the door but I wouldn't say I'm ever "scared" or feel like I'm in danger. Perhaps my fear-o-meter is broken lol

my guess is that they were either too young to be driving alone, they stole the car, or that they were driving under some kind of  influence

it was v entertaining to watch even if it was slow af lol

But I do live on the harbour, so often there's divers out if ppl fall in the water n drown.   I have seen one dead dude being dragged up from the water, that was traumatizing.
