No, in all seriousness, the needle is absolutely nothing, it's the side effects that can suck ass. That being said, it's completely normal to have an inconvenient reaction, it's not dangerous and it usually goes by in a day or two. I got the Pfizer vaccine, as well as everyone I know and over 53% of the people in Israel have gotten both doses, most if not all of them the Pfizer one because we sold our souls and it seems to be working out in our favour.
